Clear Egypt delivery, exchange, and return information for every ORVI MAN order.
Egypt shipping fees
Ismailia: 50 EGP. Cairo: 120 EGP. Other supported Egyptian governorates: 150 EGP. The final shipping charge appears during checkout. We do not promise a guaranteed delivery time.
Before delivery
Please provide an accurate Egyptian phone number and address. Orders are prepared after the relevant order and payment information is confirmed.
Exchange policy
Product exchanges may be requested on the same day the order is delivered, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable. Please contact us on the delivery date to request an exchange. The requested replacement size or product must be available. Any applicable exchange delivery charge will be confirmed by the store before action.
Customer-selected size
If the delivered item matches the size selected and confirmed by the customer, a different preferred size is a customer-requested exchange subject to the exchange policy. Any exchange-related delivery charges follow the confirmed store policy and applicable law.
Store-sent wrong size
If ORVI MAN sends a different size from the confirmed order, this is a fulfillment error. The store will resolve the mistake and will not charge the customer for correcting it.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns for a change of mind or personal preference are not offered under our store policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under applicable Egyptian law. If an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or does not match the confirmed order, please contact us with your order number and photographs so we can arrange the appropriate resolution. Valid defect claims are not rejected solely because the same-day exchange period has passed.
